Shipping and Returns policy

Are you looking to return your order? Not a problem. But we are sorry that we were not able to satisfy your tea needs. As an ever-evolving company, we would really appreciate it if you can let us know the reason. We offer a simple return process within 10 days of the purchase.  Please note, that accessories and discounted items are final sales.
 
When you are ready to return, email sales@moodstea.com with your order number with the reason for the return. Moods tea will issue a return label and your refund will be processed. 
Please note the below reasonable points in our shipping and return policy.
  • All eligible products must be returned to our facility within 30 days after the return label is issued.
  • Teaware, gift cards, and discounted items are final sales. 
  • Moods tea can only process returns for direct purchases from Moods Tea. Purchases through our third-party vendors are not eligible for returns. But please let us know we will try to help you with a solution.
  • Moods Tea does not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrect addresses, or shipments marked delivered but not received. 
  • Orders lost in shipping can be refunded after our inquiry with the shipping partner.
  • Shipping fees for orders under $50 start from $12.
  • We are able to offer standard shipping which normally falls 7-10 business days. However, we can't guarantee these delivery windows and delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • If your order includes an out-of-stock product, the package will only be shipped when all items are available.
  • Please check the order confirmation email for tracking details. Tracking numbers can be used to check the real-time status of the carrier.
